Position Summary:

Ready Alliance Group is urgently seeking an IT Specialist to support our operations department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with development and technical projects, as well as ensuring the smooth execution of various IT tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with onboarding new employees
  • Oversee equipment procurement, configuration, installation, and maintenance.
  • Handle repairs and replacements of equipment as needed.
  • Floor & Remote Support: Provide support both on-site and remotely to address IT-related issues.
  • Manage security measures including footage extraction and access control.
  • Additionally, the IT Specialist will collaborate closely with different departments to gather project requirements, relay them to the development team, and ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles. Monitoring project progress and providing technical support and guidance to team members will also be essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Extreme attention to details, pride in your work, and the determination not to make the same mistakes twice. Ability to never accept the status quo and always aim to learn, improve, and grow through your projects, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of trouble shooting software and hardware.
  • Knowledge of Network security
  • Familiar with Cisco Meraki systems
  • Understanding of computer hardware
  • Azure experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 apps
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple departments and teams.
